Shipping Policy
Shoes By Bowtie delivers only within Australia.
General postage is free for all shoes.
We post heels out within 2 business days of transaction.
Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We will gladly exchange heels with faults or incorrect sizes. To arrange an exchange please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We require heels to be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for an exchange.
Shoes by Bowtie will cover the cost of the returning parcel, however should you need to replace an item(s) more than once, you will be charged $12 postage to cover return postage and restocking fees.
- Please note we do not refund for 'change of mind' purchases.
- We will refund in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault - this will be determined on the return of the item.
- Please note when returning goods to us, the expense must be paid by customer however replacement goods will be sent at Shoes by Bowtie's expense (if shoes are deemed faulty).
- All returned shoes must be received first before any exchanges can be processed.
- While we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the shipping process.
